Christmas Recap

Hi Folks,
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Christmas was so fun and busy that it took awhile for me to rest up. Can you believe that I was so tired that I slept on our entire plane ride back to Boston? Well, anyway, I'm done doing an inventory of all my cool new toys and now I can get back to the business of being a busy little boy. But, let me give you a few highlights of my trip.

It wasn't all fun and games. Here I am helping my Grandma Mary make a cheesecake.
Here I am Christmas morning trying to figure out what this Tickle Me Elmo is all about. What's so funny dude?
Ah, my very own laptop computer. Now I can really get some serious work done on my blog. This does have wireless internet doesn't it?
Oh cool! My very own train tracks for my "choo choos" and some building blocks. Thanks Grandpa!
Well, that's all for now. More blogging to be done in 2007!

Patiently Waiting

Did someone hear hoofs on the rooftop? When is this Santa fellow supposed to show up?

Frequent Flyer

On Tuesday my mom and I flew to Michigan to begin our Christmas vacation. Our travel went fairly smoothly despite my "tantrum" right before boarding the plane. Anyway, I was pretty good on the flight as you can see. Actually this is just the end of our flight as we were waiting to deplane. It would make my mom's life way too easy if I had just slept the whole time.

Making a List

Dear Santa,

Honest I'm trying to be good. I know that I just dumped my whole plate of mac n' cheese on the floor, but that was my mom's fault for putting vegetables in it.

Sincerely,
Robby (good boy) Emens

PRESENTS!!PRESENTS!!PRESENTS!!

Christmas came a little early in Brookline this year. See last year I was just a little baby and I didn't really get the whole "opening presents" thing. So this year I'm getting some practice ahead of time in order to be ready for the BIG DAY. I warmed up with a few gifts from my Nana and Pop last night and then a few more packages this morning.

Here I am opening a presents with my trusty "choo choo" Gordon helping me (I carry him with my everywhere these days).
Hey, these are some pretty neat blocks! They are taller than I am. Cool.
Ah, and what is this? Why my very own GARBAGE TRUCK!! EXCELLENT!!

Oh Tannenbaum

I don't know what a tannenbaum is, but this is a pretty Christmas tree isn't it? I even helped to decorate it. I've been pretty good at not taking ornaments off the tree. That appears to be a job that belongs to the cats.

Technical Difficulties

Our host for this site, Blogger, is going through an upgrade. Hopefully the conversion won't cause too much trouble, but please be patient if we are occasionally unable to add new posts.

Thanks.

Projects

Projects

It's been very busy around here folks. The holidays are crazy times. Let me fill you in on what I've been up to.

This weekend we went to go pick out the perfect Christmas tree. I know it is here somewhere. Thanks for the lift dad. Now I've got a better view of things.

Ah, and then there are all of the cookies that need to be decorated.
And of course those cookies need to be tasted. It's a tough job but someone's got to do it!

Daredevil

Robby's parents say "Oh Sh*t!"

Something New

Hey, look at me. I got a haircut this weekend. Pretty snazzy huh? I also got a new book titled "Tails Are Not For Pulling." Do you think my parents are trying to tell me something? I love my kitties, its just that their tails are so soft and tugable.

Tantrum Tactics

Hmmm, I've been laying here screaming, kicking and crying for awhile now and my mom isn't paying attention to me. Maybe I'll just sit here and relax for a bit. Mom always takes notice of what I'm up to when I'm too quiet. That is a surefire way of getting her attention.

Fun With Boxes

Mom, could you put some eye holes in this thing so that I can see where I'm going? It would be much appreciated.
