Disney highlights

My favorite thing at Disney... the race track ride. As you can see dad let me behind the wheel. It was awesome! I got to go on this ride twice.

My reaction to having my picture taken inside this giant shark? "Get me OUT!"
This was fun - we had a "drive in" dinner where our table was actually in a car. And we got to watch cartoons. Super fun!

Oldies but goodies

Awhile back my mom found me some pretty neat toys - the same things she used to have when she was a little girl. Thanks to eBay she found this Fisher Price Movie Viewfinder. I wasn't into it much before, but now I think it is fascinating. My favorite right now is a movie about Mickey Mouse. I'm studying in preparation for our trip to Disney next month.

I got an excellent report at the dentist yesterday. No cavities. That means that mom and (mostly) dad are doing a great job helping me brush my teeth. Thanks guys!

Catching up with the Celtics

The day after Christmas I got to go see the Championship Boston Celtics play the Golden State Warriors. I had fun, but unfortunately it was a night game and that's a little late for a kid like me.

Christmas this year was so much fun! I tried to be patient and wait to check out the gifts. And then I just couldn't stand it anymore and had to go see if Santa brought me anything good.

This is pretty cool. Nana and Pop sent me my dad's old practice jersey from when he used to play football. Does it fit me yet?

Cool toy recommendation

I know that a lot of you have little kids or know little kids so I have to pass along this recommendation for a really cool toy. My great-grandparents sent me these Magna-Tiles and they are so much fun!! My parents love that this is a toy that requires the use of my creativity and imagination and that it doesn't make noise. I think it's just a lot of fun.

Buddies

My little buddy Jack came over to play yesterday. I like Jack so much that I even gave him some of my toys. We had a blast! And I overheard a prediction that we might be quite the troublesome twosome when we are older.
And we both enjoyed playing with this old Mac. It's in our genes.

Fall Festival

Today we had our Fall Festival at school. All of the kids wore these fun sunflower hats and we sang a few songs for our mommies. Hey... where is my mom?

Ahh. There she is! I was very happy to see mom and Carolyn.


And we had a delicious snack of cornbread, butter and apple juice. Do you want to hear something really cool? We made the butter ourselves. One of our activities last week was to shake cream until it turned into butter. It took LOTS of muscles to do that. And boy was it tasty!!

Races

My mommy and I were talking about this thing called the Presidential Election yesterday. I'm still kind of confused. After our discussion I can give you my take on things in my own words.

John McCain got lost? Obama found him? He ran really really fast and got lots of money?

If you think politics are confusing and boring for adults, just imagine how it is for us kids.
