I'll take min medium-rare either bleu cheese (which I can put on) or nice aged Gouda, maybe be naughty with a slice of bacon???Dawgs? ... slice length wise and put in nice slice of cheeseWash down with nice micro-brew?Then we move up to steak, then something delicate like fish?
