Fieldtrip

Last week my mom took me to the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo. We had to get out of dad's hair and leave the house so he could make some phone calls. So, we decided to go someplace we hadn't been before. The museum has some cool science experiments that even kids my size can play around with. And the zoo has a fun assortment of animals. Here I am checking out the creek habitat tank. The wrestling raccoons were pretty cool and so were the turtles and geese. But my favorite was this giant tortoise that I got to ride! Ha, just kidding. This is just a sculpture of a tortoise, but it is still pretty neat.
